The ACK60 Cook Top is made of a special glass-ceramic, a material with fascinating qualities. This glass-ceramic is resistant against abrupt temperature shocks up to 750 °C. It is also easy to wipe down clean and adds a modern look to the home.The control knobs can be turned either clockwise or anti-clockwise to select a heat setting. A marking to the bottom right of each control knob will indicate which zone that it controls. This is a familiar control type that many people find easier to use.There are 4 cooking zones for your use, 2 x 1800 watt high power zones with large 180mm diameter and a further 2 x 1200 watt zones with 145mm diameter.
