Does Myer offer free delivery?
Myer offers free standard delivery on all orders over $99. If your order is under $99, a set fee of $9.95 applies nationwide. Express delivery is available on select items for a fixed fee of $12.95. Myer also offers a free same-day delivery service on select items and in select parts of the country. You can also take advantage of a free click-and-collect service, which is available for certain products.
Does Myer offer returns?
Yes, Myer offers a free no regrets return policy. You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if you’ve changed your mind, but some terms and conditions apply. Products purchased online and in-store can be returned to a store, but items purchased in-store cannot be returned by post.
Does Myer do Afterpay?
Yes, Myer supports Afterpay for ‘buy now, pay later’ purchases. Some items aren’t eligible, however, and your purchase must be between $100 and $2,000.
