Does Dell offer warranty on its products?
Most new Dell products come with at least a minimum of 1-year warranty, however some warranties are longer depending on the product type. Does Dell offer free shipping?
Yes. Dell bundles the shipping cost in with the price of your purchase so technically, all shipping is free.
How long will my Dell delivery take?
The delivery time for a Dell product will depend on the product's availability and whether it requires production build time.
If you need your item ASAP, Dell offers a ‘Next Business Day Delivery’ option for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas, but only for Smart Select products (items that are in-stock and ready to ship.)
Is there a Dell student discount?
Yes, students are eligible for Dell’s Student Purchase Program, which provides access to exclusive coupon codes that can be used to get up to 10% off select laptops. To register for the Student Purchase Program, you need a valid academic email address.
Does Dell accept returns?
Yes. Products can be returned to Dell for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Items you wish to return have to be in good condition and in the original packaging to be eligible.
Does Dell price match?
Yes, Dell has a price match policy in Australia, which means that if you find a cheaper price on an identical product at another retailer you can notify Dell and ask them to price match. Dell also offers a 30 Days Price Guarantee, which means that if you spot your item for a cheaper price within 30 days of your purchase, Dell will refund you the difference.

1. Choose a Dell promo code from our page and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
2. Copy the code, and head to the Dell website to start shopping.
3. Add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, then click on the cart in the top right-hand corner of the page when you’re ready to checkout.
4. After reviewing all the items in your cart, paste the code into the field titled ‘coupon code.’
6. Your order total should now have updated to the discounted amount. If it doesn’t, it means the code you have used has either expired or is not valid for the product(s) you have chosen.
