What is Lenovo's return policy?
Lenovo offer's returns for orders, however it’s worth noting that Lenovo’s return policy states that all returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Does Lenovo offer warranty on its products?
All brand-new Lenovo products come with a warranty. Depending on the product, the warranty may last anywhere from 1 year to 3 years. After purchasing a Lenovo product, you can register the product on Lenovo’s website and check its warranty status at any time using the warranty lookup tool. If needed, you can also upgrade the length of your warranty period by up to 5 years at a cost.
Does Lenovo offer student discounts?
Lenovo offers a discount for students and teachers of 5% through the Lenovo Education Store. To access the Education Store, you’ll need a valid education email address.

Coupon stacking: Lenovo’s online store offers generous discounts throughout the year, and in most cases, Lenovo will automatically apply the promo codes for you at checkout. While at least one coupon will automatically apply in most cases, we recommend you always check all available discount codes to see if they can be stacked to save you even more.
Shop the big sales: Most of the best Lenovo deals are available during the EOFY sales and Black Friday, where we’ve seen discounts of up to 62% off laptops during peak sale periods. It’s important to note that Lenovo’s online store offers great savings throughout the year, so it’s always worth checking out the sale section.
Sign up to the newsletter: By signing up to Lenovo’s newsletter you will get 10% off your first purchase, but it can’t be combined with any other coupon code or promotional offer. That means if the laptop you’ve got your eye on is already discounted, you’ll be unable to stack the 10% off coupon code on top.
Student and teacher discounts: As mentioned above, teachers and students are eligible for a 5% discount through the Lenovo Education Store. You’ll need an active email address that ends in ‘edu.au’ to sign up for this offer.
How to use Lenovo promo codes
1. Choose the Lenovo promo codes you’d like to use and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
2. Copy the code for later, then head to the Lenovo website to start browsing. Be aware that Lenovo’s coupon codes are case sensitive.
3. Add the items you want to your shopping cart as you go, then click on your cart to review your order once you’re ready to purchase your products.
4. At checkout, look for the field marked "Have an eCoupon or discount?".
