Where can I try Secretlab chairs?
Secretlab doesn’t have its own physical stores, but its gaming chairs and desks are available to try at select locations in Sydney and Melbourne. In Sydney, you can test them out at the UTS Red Bull Gaming Hub in Ultimo. You can’t purchase chairs or desks here, but you’re able to try them out whilst playing games online – the use of the UTS Red Bull Gaming Hub is subject to a small fee.
For customers in Melbourne, you’re able to try out Secretlab chairs at Aftershock PC Australia and a couple of cyber cafes, and there’s also a Guf cyber cafe in Launceston, Tasmania.
Does Secretlab do Black Friday?
Yes, Secretlab does participate in the annual Black Friday sales, although it must be said, the discounts aren’t always out of this world. However, the Secretlab Black Friday sale does still represent an opportunity to save on the regular full price of Secretlab chairs and desks.
Does Secretlab have sales?
Yes, Secretlab does hold sales events throughout the year, including Black Friday and Boxing Day, along with other events such as Valentine’s Day and End of Financial Year (EOFY) sales.
Does Secretlab do free shipping?
No, Secretlab doesn’t offer free shipping through its online store. The company says it will typically cost $59 to ship one chair or desk, but the final shipping cost will depend on your location and size of your order.
Secretlab ships to all residential and commercial addresses in Australia, but not to PO boxes.
